Accounting Staff
Job Summary:
• Monitor all purchases, payments and expenses made by the company and ensure that accounts balances properly reflects the company's operation. Ensure that all expenses were properly recorded. Preparing cheque for all corresponding expenses.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Maintaining historical records.
• Recognize units received from other dealer, proper matching of units swapped with other dealer and closure of related accounts and also with kilo meter check-up.
• Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance.
• Continuing to improve the payment process and performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

The Technician is responsible for performing the required maintenance and repair service on the vehicle according to the customer's request and specifications found on the repair order.

• At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably with National Certificate in Automotive Servicing.
• Can drive both automatic and manual transmission.
